All balcony and balustrade work is designed to comply with Building Regulations Part K (protection from falling). We'll provide documentation for your building control application where required.

Minimum 1100mm guarding heightAchieved as standard on all walkout balconies and external balustrades.
No climbable horizontal railsWe design infill patterns to eliminate toe-holds — important for planning and building control sign-off.
Load-tested fixing detailsAll wall-fixed ironwork is specified to suit the substrate — masonry, timber frame or concrete.
